2. Contact form
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, the topic you choose and, if you provide them, your company name, phone number and website.
We use this data to answer your question; that is our legitimate interest, or a step towards an agreement. Your message arrives in our mailbox and we keep it for as long as needed for the contact, up to two years. [bevestigen]
3. License request
When you request a license, we receive your name, email address, the domains of your websites and, if you provide them, your company name, phone number and comments. If you come from the Aivie Content backoffice, we also receive the installation ID of your trial installation.
We use this data to create your license and to contact you about it; the legal basis is the agreement you enter into with us.
The request is stored on our license server and deleted there after six months. We also receive the request by email; we keep it as customer contact, like our other customer data. Invoice data is kept for seven years, as required by law.
4. Trial in Aivie Content
During the trial, Aivie Content reports to our license server with the installation ID of the installation and the day of the trial. The installation ID is a random code; it contains no names or addresses. [bevestigen]
We do not store an IP address with these reports. The server log does contain IP addresses; it is deleted after 30 days. We keep the reports themselves for 180 days. We use them to manage the trial and prevent misuse; that is our legitimate interest.
5. Your content and AI
Aivie Content runs on your own server. The texts you work with go directly to the AI provider you connect yourself, for example OpenAI. ipsis does not receive those texts.
You are responsible for the personal data in your own Umbraco and for what you send to your AI provider. Please also read your provider's privacy terms.
6. Cookies and external services
aivie.nl does not use analytics or tracking cookies. [bevestigen]
To prevent spam in our forms, we use Google reCAPTCHA. For this, Google receives your IP address and data about how you use the page, among other things; the Google privacy policy applies.
We load the fonts via Google Fonts and some scripts via jsDelivr. These services also see your IP address.
7. Sharing with others
We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us, such as our hosting and email providers, and we have a data processing agreement with them. If data goes to a country outside the European Economic Area, as with Google, appropriate safeguards are in place.
We also provide data when the law requires us to.
8. Security
We protect your data with appropriate measures against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. All connections to aivie.nl and the license server are encrypted, and only staff who need the data can access it.
9. Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing or have it restricted, and have your data transferred.
Send your request to privacy@ipsis.nl. We respond within four weeks and may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
10. Changes
We may change this privacy statement. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
